What is Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring (RSD)?

RSD is an intense healing process that loosens past pain tapes held within the body, frees and expands the overall life force energy and stimulates vital health and happiness. It is a modernized shamanic technique and ceremony that restores one back to a natural balance. This process utilizes vibratory machines, specific pressure points, breathing techniques, and the movement of one’s sexual energy to loosen, break up, and remove the body’s armor

We are much more than our body, we are more than we have even imagined ourselves to be. As sacred humans, we are a magnetic attracting thought space, interconnected with all forms of all things within Creation. Yet, most of the time we walk around asleep to the grandeur of our potential, consumed by what did or did not happen to us in the past and worried about whether or not it will happen in the future

For a moment, consider yourself as a cell within the body of the Great Spirit. Remember a glimpse of knowing, a flash of illumination, or maybe a dream of enlightenment. Rather than casting it aside as impossible, acknowledge that you too have been called to awaken into a greater awareness of Truth

How is Armor Produced?

As we journey from childhood through adulthood, painful experiences and traumas imprint themselves not only on our psyches but also in the cells of our physical bodies. This cellular imprinting of pain causes trace minerals in the body to coalesce into metallic bands of “armor”. This “armoring” restricts and blocks the free flow of energy in the body, keeping us in patterned behaviors that produce dysfunction, illness and premature aging. We walk around inside a body that is bound by pain tapes of the past. Our true nature’s spirit or soul essence is trapped inside a prison!

We armor ourselves as a survival mechanism – it stops the pain. In so doing, it blocks the flow of energy through the chakras, which in turn depletes the organs associated with those chakras. Thus, our holistic body system becomes compromised. The armor interferes with our perception and separates us from a natural connection to the Source. We have moved far away from our original intent within the Grand Design. Our bodies were meant to be a temple for spirit, not a prison for our soul

How does this process work?

Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring consists of thirteen guided sessions. Through specific pressure points, vibration and self-stimulation, the life force is activated and awakened. Pressure points are applied to stimulate the flow of energy and disperse congestion. Vibrating tools massage specific regions of the body so that the stagnation held by the armor breaks loose. Guided breath work brings this energy up the chakra line discharging and breaking up the armor. This combined stimulation brings pain tapes of the past stored in our physical structure to the surface where they are released from both the body and the auric field

Skillful coaching assists you to be fully present in your physical body during this process. When stagnated pain patterns transform and transcend into the free flowing movement of life force energy, we experience true, orgastic pleasure. You are supported to go beyond your encoded energy patterns and to venture into the infinite possibilities of full orgastic release. Where did Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring Originate?

Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring originated in the ancient ceremonial healing ways of the Twisted Hairs Elders, a lineage of medicine men and women from all across the Americas. The Twisted Hairs elders are known as “dreamers,” holding open a space within the collective conscious that allows those who are willing to release their past pain and surrender their fears for the future to awaken within the present moment. Their “dream,” also known as the Rainbow Bridge Prophecies, has long foretold that a time would come when the people would need help to release their bonds (or armoring) in order to enter the Fifth World of Humans. The time for this is NOW. Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring was brought forward as a means to assist in this great awakening

De-armoring was traditionally performed by several “shaker” shaman (Twisted Hairs Grandmothers) who used their hands to vibrate the body while specific pressure points were stimulated. Thunder Strikes, a Twisted Hairs elder, teacher, and shamanic counselor, has modernized this ancient ceremony by combining the old ways with current technology and Reichian bio-energetics

Thunder Strikes saw the need for people to fully release their karmic patterns of pain so that they could step into the Fifth World, free to express their individual genius. His brilliant mind and fierce warrior heart set to work to find a solution. Guided by the Twisted Hairs Grandmothers every step of the way, he pioneered the Recapitulated Shamanic De-armoring (RSD) in 1995. Knowing that this needed to be available to any and all seekers within dharma, Thunder Strikes trained a small team of practitioners in the technique and art of Shamanic De-armoring

Thunder Strikes is a Naqual Elder of the Twisted Hairs of Turtle Island, Heyokah War Chief, Medicine Man, Shaman, Sorcerer and Healer. The Twisted Hairs formed in 1254 AD as an intertribal medicine and sorcery society on the American continent, which continues today as an active and uninterrupted lineage

Thunder Strikes is an inductee and a voting member of the Sokeship Council of the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame and currently carries the ranks of 10th Degree Black belt in Shorinji-Ryu Jiu-Jitsu, Shorei-Ryu Kenpo Karate and Chulukua-Ryu. He was the World Jiu-Jitsu Champion from 1967 to 1970
